A Safe shop certificate proves a satisfactory security of a shop against leakage or abuse of customers’ personal data.

What do we verify and assess
- Use of safe technologies (SSL, PHP 5, .NET etc.)
- Possible errors in source code and existence of a “backdoor”
- The level of security of access to the database and the administrative interface
- The level of staff access to sensitive data
- Compliance with the personal data protection act

Testing one e-shop costs EUR 900,-

Verification of one e-shop takes 20 working days.

Certification results
The keeper of the verified shop obtains:
- A printed certificate valid for two years
- The possibility to display the certificate logo in his e-shop
- The possibility to refer to this website

If the shop is not successful in the certification process, the keeper obtains a detailed documentation on what should be improved.
